Lexus is getting all set up for the 2015 Geneva Auto Show, which kicks off on March 3rd for us media folk, and it’s already teasing us with one of the concepts it will display at the show. Dubbed the LF-SA, the specifics behind this concept remain a bit of a mystery. The only thing I have to go off of is the dark teaser image (above) that Lexus revealed.

In this teaser image, it is easy to see that the Lexus spindle grille is in full effect, but it features what appears to be a different insert. Additionally, it is also clear that there is an aggressive front splitter, a set of vertically oriented fog lights, some vertical air inlets, Lexus’ signature checkmark accent lighting, and LED headlights.

Other than the aforementioned items, the remainder of the car is unknown, but judging by its front-end proportions, I am inclined to say this is a hatchback of sorts. There is a possibility that it is even a reworked Toyota Yaris that Lexus is showing off to get a feel for how buyers would respond to a lower-priced Lexus hatchback below the existing CT200h. then again, with Lexus using terms like “driver-focused,” “ultimate luxury,” and “bold and emotional” in its press release, I am starting to question if this is just a Yaris in a Armani suit.

Fortunately, the speculation won’t have to go on too long, as the LF-SA makes its official debut on March 3, 2015 at 12:30 p.m. Additionally, I am certain that Lexus will start rolling out more information and images of this upcoming concept as we approach its reveal date.
