Ram Darkens The 1500 for the 2020 Model Year

We’ve already learned all about the 2020 Ram 1500’s new diesel engine that will deliver excellent fuel economy and towing capacity. With the 2020 Ram 1500 rolling into showrooms now, the truck manufacturer has unveiled a new Night Edition package that’ll add darkening bits to this sharp pickup.

The 2020 Ram 1500 Night Edition will be available as a part of the Big Horn and Laramie models. The Night Edition will include various black exterior accents against a monochromatic body, including a black grille and surround, badges, wheels, and exhaust tips. Rounding out the updates are dark headlight and taillight bezels, power-folding mirrors, auto-dimming driver’s side mirror, body-color bumpers, and body-color door handles.

Buyers who crave this dark trim on a more off-road-ready Ram 1500 can opt for the Rebel Black Appearance Group. This model is based on the rugged Ram 1500 Rebel but adds a Diamond Black Crystal Pearl Coat paint paired with black-colored 18-inch wheels, front spoiler, skid plate, badging, tow hooks, exhaust, and bezels for the LED headlights. Matching the black exterior is an all-black interior.

The Ram 1500 Night Edition is in showrooms now and runs an extra $1,895 on top of the base MSRP.
