Strategic Vision has named five different Hyundai models to its “Most Loved Vehicles in America” list. The Hyundai Genesis, Equus, Santa Fe, Elantra GT and Sonata all made the list by beating out the other models in their market segments. Hyundai outdid all other car brands by placing the most cars on the list.
“Hyundai owners really love their cars. They had more segment winners in cars than any other brand and Hyundai’s Equus premium sedan finished second overall. ‘Love’ should be on any brand’s internal scorecard and is the pinnacle of achievement. Hyundai’s results demonstrate its commitment to customers and in turn their loyalty,” said Alexander Edwards, president, Strategic Vision.
The most impressive of the Hyundai models was the Equus, which not only came out at the top of the Luxury Car segment, but also scored second out of all vehicles on the market, behind the Tesla Model S. Different vehicle models were ranked on a scale from 1 to 1,000. Scores were tabulated using multiple attributes of both dealership and vehicle experiences. These included commitment, overall customer satisfaction, top emotional responses, proposed brand repurchase loyalty, and actual brand repurchase loyalty.
