The Ram 1500 gets Loud with the New Stinger Yellow Sport Edition

Chrysler has released plenty of loud colors throughout its lifetime, including hues like Go Mango, Plum Crazy Purple, and more. Today, Ram gets in on the loud-color fun with the new 1500 Stinger Yellow Sport model.

The first thing that stands out on this special Ram 1500 is its bright-yellow paint that happens to be the same hue used on the recently released, Texas-exclusive Rose of Texas Ram 1500. This rig takes the bright hue a step further by slathering it on all of the trim work too, including the mirror caps, bumpers, and grille. Breaking up the yellow are 22-inch standard wheels—20-inch on four-wheel-drive models—chrome exhaust tips, and matte-black stripes on its vented sport hood.

Inside, the cabin is predominantly black, but accent stitching, “Sport” embroidery on the seats, Ram’s head emblem on the headrest, and sport mesh on the leather seat inserts all in the same yellow color as the body break it up a bit. Also included on this special pickup is the 8.4AN Uconnect system with navigation and a rearview camera.

The Ram 1500 Stinger Yellow Sport is available only as a Crew Cab model with the 395-horsepower 5.7-liter HEMI V-8. Buyers do have the choice of rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive.

This model will hit showrooms in May with a starting price of $43,145. You’ll need to act fast, as there will only be 2,250 units available.
