Dodge Militarizes the Challenger and Charger
Dodge wants to honor the men and women of the U.S. armed forces by releasing the Stars & Stripes Edition for the Challenger and Charger model lines. To make everyone aware of this patriotic move, Dodge is showcasing both cars at the New York International Auto Show.
This move makes sense, because Dodge boasts the highest percentage of active-duty members of the military among vehicle owners.
You’ll know these cars at first glance, thanks in part to the Satin Black and Silver accent center stripe, plus Satin Black American Flag fender decals. Black badges and 20-inch Mid-gloss Black wheels help round out the aggressive, military-inspired styling.

On the inside, Gloss Black accents, Dark Brushed II interior bezels, and an Antique Bronze instrument panel badge combine with Black-on-Black cloth seats plus an embroidered Bronze star and Bronze accent stitching.
MSRP for the Stars & Stripes Edition is $1,995. You will be able to get it on the Challenger R/T Scat Pack, Charger Scat Pack, Challenger R/T, Charger R/T, Challenger GT RWD, and Charger GT RWD. You’ll have a wide variety of paint colors to choose from, something Dodge excels at.
