7 Warning Signs for Buying Used Cars

2. Misaligned body panels.

If you look closely at a car’s body panels you will notice that it has seams between them, such as the seam between the front doors and the front fenders or between the hood and front fenders. These seams should be the same width from one end to the other. If you see a seam that starts narrow and become wider or vice-versa, it is likely a sign the car has been in an accident and the seller is trying to hide that fact.
