This past weekend, Porsche had its fifth Rennsport Reunion, which took place at the Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. This reunion is where iconic Porsche racecars and the drivers who piloted them get together with fans and enjoy a few days of racing. In celebration of the fifth running of this meet, Porsche assembled a limited-run Rennsport Reunion Edition of the 911 Carrera GTS.

Setting this special model apart from other Carrera GTS models out there, Porsche Exclusive went to task customizing the exterior. Included in this customization is a bespoke Fashion Grey exterior color, a black stripe with a red surround on the hood, roof and rear decklid, the same black stripe with red outline on the bottom of the doors with “PORSCHE” inside the stripe, gloss-black 20-inch Sport Classic wheels, and gloss-black lower sections of the mirrors and the antenna.

The cabin also gets a healthy dose of customization to make it worthy of the name. In here you’ll find carbon-fiber trim on the dash above the glove box, illuminated carbon-fiber doorsill guards, Carmine Red stitching on the SportDesign steering wheel, door panel trim, dash trim and floor mats, a Carmine Red GTS logo on the headrests, Carmine red seatbelts and central tach, Rennsport Reunion V embossed on the center compartment lid, and a Fashion Grey-painted key and a leather pouch with Carmine Red accents.

Powering this special model is the same 3.8-liter flat-six that powers the 911 Carrera GTS, which means the Rennsport Reunion Edition has 430 horsepower at its disposal. This allows it to hit 60 mph in just 4.2 seconds and top out at 190 mph.

The 911 Carrera GTS Rennsport Reunion Edition is available now at a price of $148,335, plus a $995 destination fee. Porsche will limit distribution to just 25 units, and it will only be available in North America.
