Toyota Throws Even More Shade — Nightshade, That Is

Toyota is throwing shade left and right — Nightshade, that is. This special-edition trim recently added a touch of darkness to the Toyota 4Runner, and now it will spread to the Camry and Highlander.

Much like the 4Runner Nightshade Edition, the Camry and Highlander Nightshade Special Edition models will focus on darkening up these otherwise chipper models with touches of black here and there. The 2019 Camry Nightshade Special Edition, which will be based on the SE trim level, will get its sinister treatment in the form of black 18-inch wheels, window molding, mirror caps, shark-fin antenna, door handles, and Toyota emblems.

Toyota will also base the 2019 Highlander Nightshade Special Edition on its SE trim. This crossover’s Nightshade package will add black 19-inch wheels, mirror caps, headlight and fog light bezels, door handles, Toyota emblems, and rear spoiler.
