McLaren to Introduce Two Bespoke 570S Coupes at Pebble Beach

The Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance is famous for having some of the most awesome rolling metal from yesterday and today on display. It is also an outlet for high-end automakers to show off their latest bespoke work. When the Concours d’Elegance kicks off on August 16th, McLaren will be one of those automakers, as it will show off a pair of one-off 540S Coupes.

Created by McLaren Special Operations, these custom 570S Coupes show off some of the bits that will be available on the upcoming 570S.

The first 570S by MSO comes coated in a Mauvine Blue paint, which gives it a distinct look that allows it to stand out in a crowd – as if the 570S needs anything more to stand out. There are also a handful of black accents strewn about the exterior. The interior features Carbon Black leather with accents that match the exterior hue.
The second bespoke 570S by MSO (not pictured) will arrive wearing a Ventura Orange exterior hue. All that McLaren tells us about this model is that it will feature styling bits from the MSO Defined range. We’ll learn much more about this rig during the Concours d’Elegance.

MSO typically leaves the greasy bits of the models it touches alone, and this trend continues with these two bespoke models. This likely means that these two 570S Coupes feature the same 3.8-liter turbocharged V-8 as their standard siblings. This engine produces 562 horsepower and 443 pound-feet of torque and routes it through a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.
The powertrain allows the 570S to hit 60 mph in just 3.1 seconds and continue on to a top speed of 204 mph. It also takes just 6.3 seconds to hit 100 mph, and it can come to a stop from 100 mph in just 276 feet.
We’ll bring you more details as they become available.
