3. Hyundai Equus

Hyundai has officially lost its mind and is looking to take on the big boys of the luxury segment head on with its new Genesis sub-brand. The first model released by this new brand is the G90, which is little more than a redesigned and rebadged version of the Equus. Though Hyundai hasn’t officially confirmed its death, the release of the G90 all but seals the fate of the slow-selling luxury rig from Hyundai.

Now the true test is whether a Hyundai with a new name is still seen as a Hyundai by luxury-car buyers. Only time will tell…
