RAM isn’t huge on limited-run models, but it releases a few each year. Recently, the pickup manufacturer unveiled two new special editions for the 2017 model year, but sadly, they aren’t anything to write home about.

First up is the reintroduction of the previously available RAM 1500 Ignition Orange Sport. Based on the RAM 1500 Sport, this model boasts all the goodies that come with it, including the performance hood with air inlets, black accents, and more. What makes this model unique is its Ignition Orange monochrome body and grille.

Inside, this model will gain “Copperhead” accent stitching, Sport embroidery on the seats, an accent-color RAM head on each headrest, colored accent mesh on the seats, and Ignition Orange accents throughout the cabin.

The second of the special editions is the RAM 1500 Rebel Mojave Sand. This model, like the Ignition Orange Sport, bases its special status on an exclusive color: Mojave Sand. Along with this rare color, this special model gains all the touches of the new Rebel package, including black-decaled performance hood, heavy-duty wheels and tires, exclusive grille, and more.

Inside, this model gains an all-new full-black cabin with black anodized bezels on the doors, center console, instrument panel, and gauge cluster rings. The all-black seats also feature black embroidery, while Light Slate Gray accent stitching graces the instrument panel.

RAM will limit both special models to just 1,500 units for the 2017 model year. The RAM 1500 Rebel Mojave Sand will carry a $595 premium over its base model, putting it at $45,590, while the RAM 1500 Ignition Orange Sport model will carry a $1,595 premium, putting it at $43,740. Both models are arriving at dealerships now.
