Meet the 805-horse Challenger Hellcat X

So, you thought the standard Challenger Hellcat was about as awesome a car as Dodge could build. Well, get ready to be blown away, as Dodge and the folks at Dream Giveaway have just lifted the veil from the Challenger Hellcat X, and this bad-boy would leave the base Hellcat sucking exhaust fumes. Unfortunately, it is a one-off model built for a charity raffle.

So, what’s the Hellcat X packing under that imposing skin? Well, it’s the same 6.2-liter supercharged V-8 from the standard Hellcat, but with a pair of Walsh Motorsport-crafted, 62 mm turbochargers strapped to it as well. This pushes the Hellcat X’s output to an insane 805 horsepower and 800 pound-feet of torque.

An equally aggressive restyling of the Challenger Hellcat to create the Hellcat X joins the adde power. This includes an aviation-inspired aluminum hood, a hood scoop, an accented grille surround, a hand-crafted rear diffuser, an adjustable chin spoiler, and a deck-lid spoiler.

The cabin gains a few extra bits too, like embroidered Hellcat X logos on the seats and floor mats.

If you’re interested in the Hellcat X, it can be yours for as little as $3… Well, at least you can purchase a ticket to win it for $3. You can also buy large bundles of tickets or even get them free, via good old snail mail.

If you happen to win this bad-ass rig, you get a nice bonus along with it in the form of a 1970 Dodge Challenger 440 R/T. This classic beast comes with a 440-cubic-inch V-8 that sends 375 horsepower through a four-speed manual transmission with a pistol grip and to the rear rubber.

What’s more, this Challenger happens to be famous, as it starred in Dodge’s “Revolution Reborn” TV spot. It also happens to be one of fewer than 100 like it.

Best of luck to all who enter to win these new and classic muscle cars. I’ll make sure to do a full review on them both when I win them…
