Speculation on the upcoming Acura NSX has been running wild as we near its 2015 release. Fortunately, Honda has been fairly transparent in developing the NSX, so we have been able to get some good ideas on what to expect. According to Whatcar, Acura’s head of development Ted Klaus revealed some rather impressive details on the upcoming hybrid supercar.

In the report, Klaus claimed that the goal of the NSX is to offer Ferrari 458-like performance in a price range similar to the Audi R8. Despite all the regulations and restrictions the government is putting on gasoline-powered automobiles, the future remains bright for the supercar realm. And the NSX proves this fact.
