For the 2016 model year, Mini completely redesigned the Clubman, making it into a legit people hauler. This comes by way of a body that is significantly larger than the previous model, and an interior that Mini crafted to deliver maximum seating space. What’s more, luggage capacity is also a highlight at a max of 47.9 cubic feet. Today, Mini has officially announced how much this not-so-mini Mini will set you back.

The 2016 Mini Clubman will come in two main trim levels: Cooper and Cooper S. The Cooper Clubman will come equipped with a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder that churns out 134 horsepower and 162 pound-feet of torque, and it’ll set you back $25,000. The Cooper S model starts out slightly higher at $27,650, mostly thanks to its more potent 2.0-liter engine that churns out 189 horsepower and 207 pound-feet of torque.

The base Cooper model will come standard with plenty of high-end features, including a 6.5-inch touchscreen, dual-zone climate control, keyless ignition, a 12-color ambient lighting system, 16-inch forged-alloy wheels, Carbon Black leatherette upholstery, and more. The Cooper S has all of the Cooper’s features plus 17-inch forged-alloy wheels, sport seats, rain-sensing wipers, fog lights, chrome-tipped dual exhaust, a special front fascia, grille and brake ducts, and more.

On top of these two trim levels, there are also three packages: Sport, Premium, and Technology. The Sport Package adds 17-inch alloy wheels (19-inch in the Cooper S), LED headlights and taillights, sport seats (Cooper only), and Dynamic Damper Control adjustable suspension. The Premium Package makes things more luxurious with its dual-pane panoramic sunroof, 12-speaker audio system with a 410-watt amp, and Comfort Access keyless entry with hands-free Easy Opener for rear doors. Lastly, the Technology Package adds an 8.8-inch widescreen display, navigation, Mini Connected XL, and a rearview camera.

Mini has yet to reveal the prices for these optional packages, but we should learn more about all the pricing details soon, given the Mini has slated the Clubman to arrive in January 2016.
