The McLaren P1 has enjoyed quite a run of success in the hypercar world, and today, the British automaker has confirmed that the final example has rolled off the factory line. This final example marks unit number 375 for the lineup, and is no less beautiful that all the rest. Of these 375 examples, each one took 17 days to produce, and at full capacity, McLaren would see one completed unit roll off the assembly line per day.

One thing that set the P1 apart from its competitors was that all 375 examples were built by hand with the careful guidance of their owners, resulting in unique features on each model. This final model, for example, arrives wearing a pearlescent orange suit with visible carbon-fiber bits strewn across the body, like on the front splitter, rear diffuser, and aero blades. A silver hue highlights the lightweight wheels.

The interior also got the bespoke touch from the team at McLaren Special Operations. In here, you’ll find gloss-black details on the gear shifter, instrument bezels, and air-conditioning vents. Also included are carbon-fiber-shelled seats and black and orange Alcantara upholstery.

Like all street-legal P1’s, this final example rolls in with a 3.8-liter twin-turbo V-8 engine and an electric motor to crank out 903 horsepower and 664 pound-feet of twist. This mighty hybrid powerplant launches the P1 to 62 mph in just 2.8 seconds and on to a top speed of 217 mph.

Not only is the P1 fast, but it also can be green. When your foot isn’t buried, the automaker claims it can get up to 34 mpg on the EU combined cycle. Additionally, it can travel up to 11 miles on electric power only and emits just 194 g/km of CO2.

With this final orange example of the P1 rolling off the assembly line, we can no close this chapter in McLaren’s growing history. Now we are left wondering what’s next.
