Lotus Evora Sport 410 is Hitting American Streets With Celebratory Livery

Lotus is strengthening its share of the market in the U.S. and working toward getting more of its vehicles approved for use on our streets. The latest one to gain approval is the lightweight and super-quick Evora 410. In celebration of its approval, the British automaker is releasing a Evora 410 GP Edition.

What makes the GP Edition so special is the livery it wears. Its body comes coated in a black basecoat with gold highlights here and there, including the wheels, lines on the doors, a line behind the windows, its “LOTUS” lettering, and the “Evora Sport 410” badge. This black and gold scheme pays tribute to Lotus’ F1 colors from 1972 to 1986.

Those of you unfamiliar with the Evora Sport 410, it takes the already awesome Evora 400 and cranks is up a few notches. First, it checks in 132 pounds lighter than the base Evora 400. It then adds up to 141 pounds of downforce and retunes the 3.5-liter V-6 to deliver 410 horsepower and 310 pound-feet of torque.

This all adds up to a 0-60 mph time of just 3.9 seconds and a top speed of 190 mph. Those are improvements of 0.2 seconds and 4 mph.

The Evora Sport is available for order now in the U.S. with a starting price of $104.200. The GP Edition is also available for order, but there are only 150 available in the world. It will run $110,000.
