Between Mini and Fiat, I am not too sure which one exploits its tiny hatchback more. They have both released various body sizes of their hatchbacks to nudge them into other, more profitable segments, and both have released countless special-edition models in hopes of selling more examples on exclusivity alone. Well, Fiat is apparently back at the special-edition game, as it revealed a pair of special 500s at the 2014 Miami International Auto Show.

First up is the Fiat 500 Ribelle, which carries a slew of Rosso-colored (red) highlights , including the roof, spoiler, wheel center caps, and mirrors caps, to give the 500 an even more playful look. Nero Puro contrasts the Rosso on the headlight and taillight bezels and wheels. Tying the two colors together is the buyers choice of four base colors: Bianco, Billet Argento, Grigio, or Nero Puro.

On the inside, the 500 Ribelle is available in two color combinations: Grigio and Nero or Grigio and Rosso.

The second 500 model unveiled at the 2014 Miami International Auto Show is the 500L Urbana Trekking. This model is available in one of six main base colors — Verde Bosco Perla, Rosso Perla, Giallo, Bianco, Grigio Scuro, or Blue Tornado with a Nero roof — contrasted by matte-Nero side-view mirrors, front and rear bezels, side sills, 17-inch wheels, and body-side molding. Satin chrome joins the mix on the door handles, taillight bezels, and front and rear bezels. Unfortunately, the color scheme shown at the show, matte Grigio Chiaro with a matte-Nero roof, is a show exclusive and will not be available on production models

Inside the cabin, the 500L Urbana Trekking carries a Nero leather steering wheel, leatherette door bolsters, cloth-wrapped seats, and a Nero Puro instrument panel bezel. In terms of tech, this model features the Beats audio system with SiriusXM, six speakers, a subwoofer, an eight-channel amp, and Beats Audio’s sound processing algorithm.

The 500 Ribelle will hit dealers in December 2014 with an MSRP of $17,395, while the 500L Urbana Trekking will come in the first quarter of 2015 with an MSRP of $22,795.
