Ferrari is celebrating 70 years of existence in 2016, and in honor of this milestone, the Italian supercar manufacturer will release 350 special-edition models to select buyers. This announcement took place at the Ferrari Cavalcade in Venice, Italy to a group of 100 Ferrari owners.

According to Enrico Galliera, Ferrari’s head of marketing, the team searched the past 70 years of the brand’s history to dig up the most iconic interiors and exteriors to pay homage to. It will then use the selected models to inspire 350 unique Ferrari vehicles from five vehicles in the automaker’s range.

Reasonable though leads me to believe that we’ll see 70 special versions of the California T, 488GTB, 488 Spider, F12berlinetta, and GTC4Lusso. Each model will be crafted by the automaker’s Tailor-Made division, according to Galliera.

As for who gets the opportunity to buy one of these awesome models, Ferrari head, Sergio Marchionne, has a tough decision process to go through. He calls the process “painful” and something he wishes he “did not have to do.” However, he does realize that this selection process is a necessary evil to keep help retain the value of these limited-edition models.

So, when will we see these limited models? According to the report, they will make their debuts at the 2016 Paris Auto Show, which kicks off on October 1st.

We’ll bring you updates as they become available. Keep it locked here for the latest.
