6. 2016 Ford Focus RS

With so many of the cars worth waiting for being well over the $100k mark, it is refreshing to see the likes of the Focus RS. At starting price of just $35,730, it is a bargain considering all the performance that it offers.

Not only does it look the part of a rally-prepped rig that has been polished for road use, but its 2.3-liter engine that spits out 350s in both horsepower and torque more than cashes the check that its looks write. What’s more, all of this power is wrangled by a rear-biased all-wheel-drive system that allows things to get a little sideways with the permission of the driver. This adds up to an insane 0-to-60 time of 4.7 seconds, making it one of the quickest production cars for the money.
