Daimler made waves in North America when it brought over its two-seater micro ForTwo. At just $13,240 it is the cheapest car in America to come with an automatic transmission. There are sacrifices for not having to shift through gears manually since the car comes with manual crank windows, no air conditioning and no sound system. Of course you can add interior amenities for an additional price, making the car not quite as cheap. The car does come with dimensions that are so small you can park where no other car dares, making finding a parking spot in tight urban areas a dream rather than a practice in frustration.
