Watch A Tesla Model X Race A McLaren 650S

Drag Times, which famously pitted a Tesla Model S against a Dodge Challenger Hellcat, has since continued racing EVs against high-powered traditional cars. In the latest video, which you can see below, a Model X goes up against a McLaren 650S.

That doesn’t seem like it would be even remotely competitive, but you might be surprised. Drag Times recently put the Model X against a Ferrari F430 in the quarter mile, and the crossover spanked the Italian supercar. People were mad about that, making all kinds of excuses about why the Ferrari was no match for Ludicrous Mode.
