Porsche Reveals 911 Targa 4S Exclusive Design Edition
I’ve always loved the Porsche 911 Targa. It was the first Porsche I actually got to get behind the wheel in, and there’s something undeniably cool about the design. To celebrate the unique vehicle, Porsche Exclusive is making a special Design Edition, and it’s pretty much awesome.
To start off, the collector car is painted Etna blue, which was the color used for the Porsche 356 B back in 1960 and 1961, so it’s loaded with rich history. The “Targa” logo on the Targa bar, the rear badges and the front spoiler are all in the same color. Striking black LED headlights and 20-inch RS Spyder wheels. A black rear grille and tailpipes add to the aggressive looks and make the car even more unique.
Other exclusive little designs are added to the interior. The door sill plates are emblazoned with the 911 Targa 4S Exclusive Design Edition logo on a black and anodized steel background, with some of the letters lighting up in blue whenever the doors are opened. Graphite-blue leather upholstery adds to the inimitable factor, while a stylized silhouette of the 911 Targa is embossed on the center console lid. Provence blue accents are scattered throughout with details like the stitching and air vent fins.
Anyone lucky enough to buy one of these beautiful machines also gets a specialized indoor car cover and a graphite-blue photo album with pictures of the development process for their vehicle.
