The Jeep Staff Car, a salute to past military Jeeps, comes with basic steel wheels, no doors, a “hungry horse” canvas roof, a blackout lamp mounted to the front fender, and a military gas can. The vintage look is complete with the coiled tow rope on the front bumper.

The Wrangler Red Rock Responder is designed to respond to vehicle emergencies in remote areas. The large cargo area, which makes it look somewhat like a Hummer, is stocked with spare parts and tools stowed in compartments and drawers. It’s also outfitted with fire extinguishers, dual compressor, air reservoir, hi lift jack, etc.

Jeep does a great impression of the Land Rover Discovery with the Wrangler Africa. The concept was created for overland and backcountry expeditions. The design includes a bigger cargo area and auxiliary fuel tanks. Like the Staff Car, it’s not a thing of beauty but rather a rugged tool, which shows that Jeep remains serious about function.

Even though the Grand Cherokee Overlander doesn’t look like much, it’s ready for action with front and rear skid plates, rock rails, big wheel flares, an integrated front winch, etc. It also carries a hard-shell tent on the roof, which can be deployed easily.

The Jeep Chief is based on the Wrangler and hearkens back to the 1970s Cherokees. Its design is also heavily influenced by beach culture. Among the design elements is a French Bread roof, razor grille, 17-inch slotted mag wheels, and removable sides. The cloth seats feature a pink, blue and white flower print, while vintage-like surf stickers are applied to the door handles and center console.
